We ship our products throughout the world from EU Warehouses, normally within 24 hours after an order has been received. All orders placed before 12 PM are processed for dispatch on the same day. If we receive an order after this time, it is normally dispatched with the following day’s orders. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or over the weekend, will not be sent out until Monday. We do not dispatch orders on bank holidays or celebrations. Our warehouses and shipping facilities are located in many European Union countries. All goods will be shipped from random locations depending on the customer’s address.

A small fee applies to orders that will be shipped outside of the EU. Please find the exact cost in your cart during the checkout process. Any country not listed above is still eligible for shipping within 7-9 working days, please note this is not guaranteed service and sometimes delivery can take longer, depends on the country.
All items lost or damaged during postage will be replaced or refund issued instead.
Please note all orders are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.
Returns and Replacements / 30-days money-back guarantee
If you are unhappy with the COCA WHITE product you have ordered, you can return the product for a refund.
If we have accidentally shipped the incorrect product to you a full refund, including shipping costs, will be made.
Only complete and unused products will be refunded. Please return the complete product in its original packaging.
When returning items, please make sure they are unused, complete, and properly packaged.
A refund will only be made if a claim is made within 30 days after shipping and the product is returned within 45 days.
Shipping cost, to or from you, will not be refunded unless we have shipped the wrong item to you.
Returning your product for a refund
1. Please contact us smile@cocaiwhite.com and state your order ID number with the intent to return the goods for a refund.
2. A member of customer service will supply you with a return number and all other details.
3. After we have received your return a refund will be made within 2 days.
4. If we have shipped out the wrong product a full refund of all shipping costs will be made and the correct product will be shipped for free.
5. If a product is not complete or has clear signs of damage a refund will not be made.
